Zorzee is an independent franchise intelligence publication. It is information, not advice. Use it to think more clearly, not as a substitute for your own diligence or for qualified professionals. The content is ours; please do not republish it as your own. We limit our liability to the extent the law allows.

1. Acceptance
Zorzee is a publication operated by Synyrgx LLC ("Zorzee", "we", "us"). By using zorzee.com, subscribing to The Zorzee Report, or purchasing Zorzee Pro or any Zorzee Files product, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What Zorzee is, and what it is not
Zorzee is a publication. It analyzes publicly available Franchise Disclosure Documents and related public information and presents that analysis for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on the site or in the newsletter is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and nothing creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship. See our Disclaimer for the full statement, which is incorporated into these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or subscribe.
4. Intellectual property and permitted use
All content on the site, including analysis, written breakdowns, the Zorzee framework, dossiers, graphics, and the Zorzee name and marks, is owned by Synyrgx LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read the content for your own evaluation.
You may not copy, republish, resell, scrape, systematically extract, or create derivative works from Zorzee content without our written permission. You may share links to public pages and may forward the newsletter to an individual evaluating a franchise.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and the guarantee
Zorzee Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually at the rate shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Zorzee Pro carries a 3-day money-back guarantee on your first payment: if the analysis does not change how you look at a deal, email us within the first 3 days of your first payment and we will refund that first payment.
Zorzee Files products are one-time digital purchases. Because they are delivered digitally and accessible immediately, all Files sales are final and non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, no automated scraping, no interference with other users, no unlawful use, and no use of the content to compete by republishing it.
7. Third-party content and links
The site references third-party brands, documents, and platforms and links to external sites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. References to a franchise brand are for analysis and do not imply any relationship with or endorsement by that brand.
8. No advice and accuracy
The content is provided "as is." We work from public filings and name our sources, but documents are amended, data contains errors, and analysis involves judgment. You are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on and for consulting qualified legal, financial, and franchise professionals before making a decision. See the Disclaimer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synyrgx LLC and its members and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost capital, or investment losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the site or its content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the site, the content, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for consumer rights that cannot be waived.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synyrgx LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.
11. Corrections
Zorzee corrects errors of fact promptly when they are identified. If you believe something we published is inaccurate, contact us at dan@zorzee.com and we will review it.
12. Governing law, arbitration, and class-action waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or the content will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in, or be governed by the rules applicable to, Kent County, Michigan.
You and Synyrgx LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any class proceeding.
For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue is the state and federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
