We collect the minimum we need to send you The Zorzee Report, run Zorzee Pro, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell your data, and we never share your information with a franchisor. We use standard analytics to understand how the site is used, explained below. If you want to see what we hold or have it deleted, email us and we will handle it.

Who we are
This site, zorzee.com, and The Zorzee Report newsletter are published under Synyrgx LLC ("Zorzee", "we", "us"). "Zorzee" is the publication; Synyrgx LLC is the operating company. What we collect
Information you give us directly
- Your email address when you subscribe to The Zorzee Report.
- Your name, if you provide it at signup or in correspondence.
- Account and billing details if you subscribe to Zorzee Pro. Payments are processed by Stripe through our subscription platform, Beehiiv. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Zorzee.
- Anything you send us in an email, reply, or contact form.
Information collected automatically
- Standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and time spent.
- Newsletter engagement data through our email platform, Beehiiv: opens, clicks, and subscription status.
- Podcast listening and download data through our podcast host, Buzzsprout, when you play an episode hosted on the site.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described below.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information. Please do not send it.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. We use Google Analytics to understand which content readers find useful. We do not currently run advertising or retargeting pixels, and we do not currently use a cookie consent banner. If we add advertising tracking later, we will update this policy first.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site functions.
How we use your information
- To send you The Zorzee Report and any emails you signed up for.
- To deliver and support Zorzee Pro and the Zorzee Files.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
- To respond to your questions.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.
We send the newsletter on the basis of your subscription. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us run Zorzee, and only as needed to do so. These include our email and subscription platform (Beehiiv), our payment processor (Stripe, via Beehiiv), our podcast host (Buzzsprout), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and hosting and infrastructure vendors. These providers are bound to use the data only for the services they provide to us.
We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Zorzee or others.
Two commitments specific to what Zorzee is:
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share subscriber data with any franchisor, broker, or franchise sales organization.
Third-party links
The site and the Sessions pages link to third-party platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube. Once you follow a link off zorzee.com, that platform's privacy policy governs. We are not responsible for their practices.
Data retention
We keep subscriber and account data for as long as your subscription is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, and operational requirements. When you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove or anonymize your data except where we are required to retain it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR) have specific rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
To exercise any right, email dan@zorzee.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time the applicable law requires. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any issue.
Children
Zorzee is built for adults making franchise investment decisions. The site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give notice through the site or the newsletter.
