All FDD data published on Zorzee comes from publicly available Franchise Disclosure Documents filed with the FTC and state regulators. We extract Item 6 (fees), Item 7 (investment ranges), Item 19 (earnings claims), and Item 20 (outlet counts) directly from filed documents. Nothing is estimated or interpolated.

The 2026 Franchise 500 rankings used in The Zorzee Portal are published annually by Entrepreneur Media. Zorzee uses their publicly available rankings as a sorting framework. We do not endorse or dispute the methodology.
SBA Franchise Registry
Unit count and system size data is cross-referenced with the SBA Franchise Registry where available.
