Wyndham franchises upscale, full-service hotels located in key business and vacation destinations, operating as Wyndham Chain guest lodging facilities under the Wyndham proprietary marks and system. Each hotel offers a full-service guest experience that includes a restaurant, a bar where legally permitted, fitness facilities, and in business locations, meeting and event facilities and complimentary mobile print service, while Wyndham Resort properties add amenities such as golf, tennis, beaches, and spas. Wyndham grants franchises to new hotel operators building new facilities and to existing hotel operators converting an existing hotel to the brand, and also franchises Wyndham Grand and Wyndham Garden hotels.
